• Hold releases to an automated suite of 600+ scenario tests; own the test coverage, the approval gates, and the rollback path so a bad change cannot reach a customer.
• Built real-time financial dashboards on live accounting data and AI-powered search-visibility assessments used in client engagements.
• Set the architecture, data boundaries, and build-vs-buy calls across the AI tool landscape, then ship the systems myself using AI-assisted development — a one-person delivery rate closer to a small team's.

• Stepped back to a part-time role in 2026 after installing the leadership team, SOPs, and reporting that run day-to-day operations without me.

• Implemented SOPs, reporting, and forecasting systems; introduced early AI tooling including automated review monitoring and digital operations checklists.
