Designed and deployed an LLM-based multi-agent operations system that executes the company's daily work — sales follow-up, bookkeeping, research, reporting — under structured human approval controls.
Delivered a production document-processing application an automotive dealership uses every day, cutting roughly an hour of paperwork per vehicle sale — about six hours a week returned to the sales floor.
Hold releases to an automated suite of 600+ scenario tests; own the test coverage, the approval gates, and the rollback path so a bad change cannot reach a customer.
